One button, one review, done

From the job overview page, click the green My Job Assistant button. Paste in the meeting transcript, type a quick rundown, or tap the microphone and just talk. The assistant reads what you gave it and turns it into real Maestro work — rooms, tasks, materials, appliances, timelines, decision notes, the works.

Before anything saves, you get a review screen with everything it wants to create. Uncheck whatever you don't want and hit Confirm. The three rooms are set up, the door, hardware, and finish specs are written into Job Details, the production timeline is scheduled out, the task list is loaded, the materials and appliances are entered, and any open questions are saved as discussions to follow up on. What used to be twenty minutes of clicking around is done in a few seconds — and everything's right there to spot-check.

Working inside a single room?

Open the room page and use My Room Assistant the same way. It stays scoped to that one room, so it won't accidentally spin up a new bathroom while you were just trying to add a few details.

Your CEO opens any job, finds the My Job Assistant card, and clicks Enable. Review the AI terms once, accept, and it's on for your managers and estimators. No settings to dig through.
